While we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality work, we make no guarantees regarding the performance, reach, or financial outcomes of campaigns, websites, or creative assets. Results may vary depending on client implementation, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control. 

By engaging with KATES ESSENTIALS, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the scope of work outlined in each project agreement, proposal, or invoice. Fees for services are due as stated in client agreements, and late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work or delivery of final files. Intellectual property rights to original designs, strategies, and content remain with KATES ESSENTIALS until full payment has been received, after which agreed-upon usage rights are transferred to the client. Source files and raw materials are not included unless explicitly stated in writing. 

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, and required materials to ensure the successful completion of services. Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete client materials may extend project timelines. KATES ESSENTIALS reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
